Brief Biography

1990-2008 -- Born Newcastle, UK and grew up in Durham, UK.

2008-2012 -- MSci in physics at Imperial College London.

2012-2013 -- MSc `Perimeter Scholars International' in theoretical physics at Perimeter Institute and the University of Waterloo, Canada.

2013-2014 -- MRes in Controlled Quantum Dynamics at Imperial College London.

2014-2017 -- PhD in physics supervised by Bob Coecke at Oxford University, and Terry Rudolph at Imperial College London.

2017-2019 -- Postdoctoral research fellow at Perimeter Institute, Canada.

2019-today -- Postdoctoral researcher in the New Quantum Resources and Thermodynamics group of Michał Horodecki at ICTQT, University of Gdańsk, Poland.

2021 -- Won an Opus and JunG grant to set up a team at ICTQT
